LongTailLab

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026 · These terms govern your use of longtaillab.pages.dev (and any custom domain we use for this service).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LongTailLab you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

2. What the service is

LongTailLab is a free utility that queries the public autocomplete (search suggestion) services of third-party search engines and marketplaces — including Google, YouTube, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia and Amazon — and presents the resulting keyword suggestions in a convenient list you can export. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Fair use

The tool is provided free of charge and without accounts. To keep it free and fast for everyone, you agree not to: (a) run abusive automated scraping at volumes that degrade the service for others; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer our infrastructure; (c) use the service for unlawful purposes; or (d) misrepresent the origin of data you obtained here. Normal SEO, PPC, content and marketing research — including commercial research — is exactly what the tool is for and is always welcome.

4. No warranty; data "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Autocomplete suggestions are produced by third-party engines, change over time, and do not include search-volume or difficulty metrics; they may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Always validate important keyword decisions with additional sources such as Google Keyword Planner. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The service is funded by advertising delivered by third-party networks such as Propeller Ads and Adsterra. You may encounter display banners, video ads, floating banners, audio ads and sponsored or "smart" links. Ads and sponsored links point to websites operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse or guarantee the content, products, safety or data practices of advertisers or linked sites, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with them. Use the official contact or purchase channels of advertisers for anything related to their offers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongTailLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, traffic, rankings or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or any third-party ad or link — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, code and original written content are our property. Keyword suggestions returned by the tool originate from third-party engines and are provided for research purposes; you are responsible for how you use data obtained from the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
